During the Beta launch phase all shipping will be $6.99.

• How long does shipping take?

During the Beta launch phase all shipping will be Standard One Week Delivery. 

• Can I change the shipping address?

No. Once the order is shipped, we will be unable to alter the shipping address.

• Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide tracking information on all orders, please check your confirmation email.

• Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, for purposes of security we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

• Can someone else sign for my shipment?

Yes, as long as they are a resident at the designated address.

• How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
